Please refer to the Residence Life webpage at www.potsdam.edu/studentlife/ResHalls and click on the “Residential Living” link for detailed information.

All students must indicate their housing preferences and/or apply for an exemption to live off campus (available online).

Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Since space in many areas is limited, we advise you to submit housing preferences as soon as possible.

Note: If you have any physical conditions or concerns that impact your housing needs, please see the Residence Life webpages for specific information.

The Student Government Association maintains a list of off-campus housing options (http://www.potsdam.edu/studentlife/sga/) and additional options can be found in the Classifieds section of North Country Now, a local media outlet available online.  Unfortunately, the International Education & Programs office cannot assist in securing off-campus housing and we strongly recommend you arrive several days earlier than your official arrival day to make off-campus housing arrangements.
