Dr. Case holds a doctorate in Musicology from Boston University and degrees in Piano Performance from Yale University and Ohio State University (M.M. and B.M.). She was on the faculty at SUNY Potsdam and the Crane School from 1991 until 2016 teaching courses in music theory, literature and style, women in music and organ. Dr. Case was also an active performer collaborating with many artists on piano, organ, as a church musican at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Canton, NY and as a violist in the Orchestra of Northern New York.
