My name is Ally Crosby, and I am a MHC-LP. I graduated from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling M.S program at SUNY Plattsburgh in May 2024. I have gained experience and knowledge in different settings including school-based, college, and community mental health counseling. I lean towards using an integrative approach to therapy, a holistic approach that combines different therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. I aim to create a supportive and empathetic space for my clients to explore their emotions and work towards healing and growth. I look forward to meeting you.
Some activities I do for self-care are spend time with my friends and family, spend time outdoors and go on walks with my dog.
