Payments can be made online via the Transact e-bill portal. Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted, as well as use of bank debit card.
You will receive an email, to your personal account you provided when you signed up for the course(s) you wish to take, that will provide you with your registration fee amount, your Potsdam ID number and the term to use for payment purposes.
You will also be provided with the Transact e-bill portal link to make your payment. Payment must be received prior to you being registered for your specific course(s).
NOTE: If your school pays your college fee or if you are a member of NCSTEP, you will be registered immediately following completion of all required documents.
ALL STUDENTS: An email will be sent to your personal email to confirm registration of course(s). Please make sure you are regularly checking your spam folder or trash for messages from robbinal@potsdam.edu (Annette Robbins).
Information about the Transact Portal:
- All information for this page will be provided to you through your personal email.
- Registration fee will be the total amount you owe for course(s).
- Potsdam P ID number is the P0 number.
Completion Steps
- Enter Information & Click "Add to Cart"
- Student First Name: please use your legal name - the same name you registered on your student information form
- Student Last Name: please use your legal name - the same name you registered on your student information form
- Email ID: this should be your personal email address. You will receive a receipt of payment in your email once the transaction is completed.
- Term: the term will be either Fall or Spring
- Review and Click "Continue"
- Click on "Continue as guest"
- You can pay using Google Pay, or a credit or debit car. Choose your payment method. Complete and check out.
