Minor in Pre-Law
The Pre-Law Minor is a great supplement to any major because it provides students with the facts, theories, and skills they will need to get into law school, to succeed in law school, and to thrive in the legal profession. Our Pre-Law alumni often finish at the top of their class in law school, because when they arrive there they are able to write well, comprehend difficult ideas, work independently, engage in teamwork, dig for facts, and conduct rigorous analysis. Many of those alumni go to successful legal careers in private practice, government, business, the not-for-profit sector, and social action. Finally, Pre-Law Minors enjoy the challenge of studying different answers to the question of how the rule of law enables, or could enable, individuals and groups to live together under conditions of greater equality, peace, and justice.
