Minor in Sports Management
The dynamic field of Sports Management integrates love of sports with grounded understanding of key
business principles.
Sports Management is a field that focuses on the business attributes of sports. A minor in Sports Management pairs several academic departments, such as Business, Athletics, Exercise Science, Communications and more.
Students will learn about managing sports facilities and events, preventing and caring for athletic injuries,
marketing and business ethics. An Internship is done at the completion of all core course to offer hands-on
experience.
