The Bear Shuttle is part of the College Connector program operated by St. Lawrence County Public Transit. SUNY Potsdam students may ride any St. Lawrence County Public Transit bus for free by showing their valid SUNY Potsdam student ID card.
The link below provides schedules for all of the Public Transit bus routes to include the College Connector routes. Connections at Walmart provide access to the four local colleges, as well as various locations in Canton. The Clarkson shuttle operates throughout the Village of Potsdam.

The Bear Shuttle is free for SUNY Potsdam students with a valid college ID.
Important notes regarding upcoming schedule changes
- The Bear Shuttle (Route 67) will run on the holiday/weekend schedule from Thursday, Aug. 1 - Sunday, Aug. 18.
Regular service will resume on August 19.
- Effective Thursday, Aug. 1 the route has two additional stops: Lawrence Avenue Apartments (Debra Drive) and Evergreen Park (Racquette Road).
Anyone affected by the changes should reach out to First Mile Last Mile at (315) 644-6944 to see if alternative transportation options are available.
The Shuttle leaves promptly at the scheduled times.
