This workshop allows students to select 2 of 4 mini-sessions to attend that best meet their current personal and/or professional goals. The session titles and presenters include:
- Exploring Study Abroad: Sarah Lister, Center for Applied Learning
- Preparing for Graduate School: Ashley Ortiz Rivera, CSTEP
- Time Management/Avoiding Procrastination: Dr. Jim Fryer, Psychology
- Stress Management: Dr. Jan Trybula, Biology
Learning Outcomes:
- Students will explore 2 areas of development to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
- Students will gain knowledge about on-campus resources available to assist them in working toward their goals.
This workshop counts for the Women, Gender, and Leadership Specialty Badge.
Students that attend all 5 Women, Gender, and Leadership workshops will have the opportunity to be mentored during the Spring semester by a Potsdam alum who works in their career field of interest!
All SUNY Potsdam students, faculty, and staff are welcomed and encouraged to participate! Event Passes are required for check-in.
