First-Year-Friendly Study Hall

Join host tutors and other first-year students (sophomores also welcome) in Lougheed Learning Commons room 106, a suite of four rooms with funky art, comfortable tables, and desktop computers. 

 

Drop in on Sunday/Monday evenings for comfortable, quiet study. The host tutor can chat with you about study hacks, time management, and other success strategies. The host also helps you find other tutoring resources and campus info that you might need.  

 

The "Writers' Block" is not about blocking your writing. It's a friendly community where student writers find experienced peers to support them in their college writing assignments.
