This annual tradition celebrates new students as they walk to the opening welcome program!

 

All New Students (both first-year and transfers) are expected to attend all orientation programs.

This event is for SUNY Potsdam students, faculty, and staff only.

What is an Event Pass: A QR code that is unique to each SUNY Potsdam student, faculty, and staff member used to take attendance at campus events.

 

How to Access your Event Pass:

• Sign in to Get Involved at getinvolved.potsdam.edu using your Potsdam username and password.
• Click on your profile picture in the top right of the screen (it may display your first initial if you do not have a profile picture yet).
• Click the QR code image on the top left hand corner in the drop-down menu to display your unique code.
• If you’re viewing the Event Pass in your mobile browser, you should see the option to add the pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, you’ll be able to save your pass to your phone from there, or you can also choose to take a screenshot of your pass. All of these options will still scan as expected. If you do not have a smartphone, you can also print your Event Pass through the Get Involved site and bring a paper copy to events; this will scan as expected.
• Please note: You can also download your event pass through the free Corq app, which is the mobile version of the Get Involved website, used to search for SUNY Potsdam events, clubs and organizations. Once downloaded, you can access your event pass by signing into the app using your Potsdam username and password, clicking the back arrow in the upper left-hand corner, and selecting “Event Pass”
