Please join the Honors Program when they welcome incoming honor students in the class of 2022. This gathering will be held on Monday, Sept. 24, 7 p.m. in the Raymond Hall 8th floor dining room.
Dr. M. J. Heisey of the History Department will give a preview of a spring 2019 interdisciplinary student/faculty project: Forging Memory: Chilean Art and Politics, for an exhibit and associated cultural programs showcasing more than sixty Chilean patchwork appliques, called arpilleras.
Dr. Alan Hersker, Interim Assistant Provost & Director of General Education, will also extend a welcome.
The class of 2022 honors students and other honor students are welcome. They will be distributing t-shirts to the freshman honors program students. Light snacks and refreshments will also be served. In order to get an estimate number of attendees, please RSVP by Thursday, Sept. 20 to Bonnie Lawrence, Honors Program Secretary at lawrenbs@potsdam.edu.
