SUNY Potsdam LoKo Arts Presents Talk & Choreography Presentation by WellBeing Dance Artistic Director Katie Binder ’14
SUNY Potsdam will welcome alumna Katie Binder ’14, the artistic director for WellBeing Dance, for a public talk and choreography presentation on Friday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m., in the Performing Arts Center’s Dance Theater.
After graduating from SUNY Potsdam, Binder went on to complete a Master of Fine Arts degree in choreography from Jacksonville University. Both Binder and her dance company, WellBeing Dance, will be present for an afternoon of conversation about life for the student dance artist after graduation. The group will also perform an excerpt from their latest choreographic project.
This free event is sponsored by LoKo Arts at SUNY Potsdam. This is a one-time opportunity for anyone interested, and absolutely free and open to the public. All are welcome to attend and enjoy the conversation and performance.
