College Advancement is accepting on-line applications for a full-time Assistant Director of Annual Giving to be responsible for supporting an annual giving program comprised of multiple methods of outreach to alumni and friends of the College through omni-channel fundraising initiatives.
Hours vary and include evenings and occasional weekends throughout the academic year and during Reunion Weekend in July. Additional responsibilities include: organizing alumni volunteer committees and managing active fundraising for classes celebrating milestone Reunion years; assisting in building a philanthropic culture across campus in collaboration with the student fundraising group, Emerging Leaders; building and sustaining relationships to increase philanthropic bonds with area businesses; creating engagement strategy with Annual Giving donors for stewardship throughout the year; contributing to and assisting in implementing fall and spring appeal plans; assisting the Director with developing new crowdfunding campaigns and other digital giving channels; and researching and implementing best practices for developing multi-channel solicitations and annual giving program initiatives.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing self-starter who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, motivate and supervise student workers, and coordinate projects and events.
