The Lougheed Center for Applied Learning (LoCAL) is hiring a full-time Senior Staff Assistant (Career Services Coordinator).
The coordinator is a core part of the leadership team of the LoCAL and will have primary responsibility for the LoCAL’s career education programs, which are both stand-alone and integrated into departmental curricula. All LoCAL initiatives are rooted in campus academic goals, using the NACE Career Competencies as student learning outcomes. Key focus areas for the coordinator will be providing skilled career development support to students, encouraging curricular integration of core competencies, and assisting in restructuring and redesign of applied learning initiatives to achieve greater success and efficiency.
