Big changes are being introduced in the College Store’s textbook business.
We have partnered with the largest textbook supplier in the nation, BNC Services. They currently serve the needs of nearly half a million students nationwide, with over 7 million books in their Columbia, Missouri facility. BNC Services was developed to help institutions like ours improve textbook services. The BNC Services program ensures course materials will be available when academic terms begin. This program provides convenient online ordering, accurate and timely fulfillment, and better overall services for our students.

- They offer Price Match Guarantee.
- End of semester Buy back pricing will be shown if available at the time students place their orders.
- BNC Services maintains a current list of our courses and materials, and in the event of any changes, they promptly notify students.
- Students may sell back their textbooks to BNC Services using a convenient online buyback option.
- Students may access the online Virtual Bookstore 24/7.
- Orders are shipped via UPS from BNC Services within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
The College Store will no longer carry/stock textbooks here on campus. The only course materials that we will carry will be on-campus printing such as lab books, sheet music, etc. Textbooks must be ordered online from BNC Services and will be shipped directly to the student or to the College Store where the student can pick up their order.
At this time, credit card is the only form of payment accepted. We hope to have Bear Express as a form of payment, in the near future. We are currently working with the students using ACCES-VR, VA, and EOP on methods of payment for their textbooks.
Orders placed between July 19 & August 12 (by 11:59 p.m.) will receive free shipping if you choose to pick them up at the College Store. Orders shipped to another location or after August 12 will incur shipping fees.
