Coordinator of Enrollment Management Communications Vacancy

The College Communications office is accepting on-line applications for a Coordinator of Enrollment Management Communications (Staff Assistant SL-2) whose responsibility will be to work collaboratively with the Associate Vice President for Communications and the Director of Admissions in the development and coordination of a comprehensive student recruitment communications plan.

The coordinator will serve as a communication strategist ensuring maximization and consistency of messaging across the College. The coordinator will serve as the primary liaison among College Communications, Office of Admissions and Office of Graduate & Continuing Education to ensure a cohesive and timely enrollment communications. 

Required qualifications include 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or college admissions.  Strong writing, organizational and project management skills.  Excellent decision making, multi-tasking, and organizational skills and ability to work independently.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in a variety of computer programs. Sensitivity to and respect for people from diverse and culturally disadvantaged backgrounds.  Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or closely related field is required.
