The SUNY Online Help Desk is now the initial point of contact for all questions, issues, information, and service requests regarding online course support (Brightspace) for faculty, students, and campus staff. The SUNY Online Help Desk staff logs all requests into the SUNY Online Support tracking system and attempts to resolve on first contact. If a first contact resolution is not possible, requests are assigned to additional SUNY Online staff member(s), Center for Creative Instruction, or Computing & Technology Services to assist with resolution.
Staffed with experts in Online Learning, they will be able to provide excellent service and can assist with:

Any "How To" question regarding Brightspace

Solving Brightspace technical questions or issues that might arise

Performing basic online tasks such as submitting assignments, quizzes/tests, and participating in discussions
