The College is accepting on-line applications for a full-time Director of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP). Reporting directly to the Assistant Provost for Academic Student Services, the Director has full responsibility for the leadership, management, and supervision of the operation of the EOP and will foster an inclusive campus community that aligns with the campus’ values and strategic goals, and which supports student access and completion.
Required qualifications include a master’s degree in Counseling, Higher Education Administration, Educational Administration, or related field; a minimum of three years managerial or supervisory experience in a secondary or post-secondary setting; experience working with disadvantaged student populations and individuals of diverse backgrounds; and exceptional skills in written and oral communication.
