The Research Foundation for SUNY, a private, not-for-profit Corporation, is seeking one (1) full-time position as a Migrant Tutor for the North Country Migrant Education Program in the Chateaugay School district ($16.00/hour beginning September 5, 2017, 37.5 hours/week). The successful candidate will provide tutoring including advocacy for eligible students and their families.
NYS Teacher Certification or Teachers Assistant Certification and experience with teaching using Common Core Learning Standards are preferred. Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance for any one working over 18.75 hours per week. The position requires a telephone w/ voicemail, dependable vehicle, email and valid driver’s license. Renewal of appointment is subject to The Research Foundation for SUNY policies and procedures, sponsor guidelines, and the availability of annual funding.
