The Holiday buffet will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Thatcher Hall.

Seafood Bisque
Mixed green salad (vegan & GF)
Tortellini w/artichoke & heirloom tomato sauce (vegetarian)
Carved to order NY Strip Loin (GF)
Chicken Piccata
Pear & sweet potatoe red thai (vegan)
Roasted garlic & rosemary fingerling potatoes (vegetarian & GF)

Drinks: iced tea, lemonade and water
