The College is pleased to announce the “Potsdam’s Outstanding Bear Award” for CSEA represented employees. The purpose of this program is to recognize the hard work of our CSEA employees. Often times, our CSEA employees are the “quiet heroes” that contribute greatly to our campus community.
Working with CSEA, for the remainder of 2021, one employee will be selected each month for a Potsdam’s Outstanding Bear Award. Individuals will be recognized with a gift certificate to PACES.
Please consider nominating an individual by completing the following request form. Recommendations must be received by the last day of each month for consideration. The first deadline is May 31. When nominating an employee you must consider how the employee has supported one or more of the following categories:
· Cost Savings
· Health & Safety
· Pandemic Support
· Retention
· Student Support
