The College is accepting on-line applications for a Program Coordinator and Assistive Technology Specialist (Instructional Support Technician SL-3) within the Office of Accommodative Services (OAS) and will work with the Director of Accommodative Services to ensure appropriate academic accommodations, adjustments, and/or auxiliary aids and services for students with disabilities in post-secondary education.
Ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, patient, self-motivated and a flexible team player with demonstrated communication skills and commitment to inclusivity and will work one-on-one with students with documented learning, psychological, and physical disabilities. Work would include reviewing student documentation, determining accommodations, coordinating, and implementing any Assistive Technology (AT) needs, serving as an advocate, advisor, and point of contact for students, and other duties as assigned. SUNY Salary Level 3 min is $50,148, max is $96,000.
