SUNY Potsdam Recognizes Students for Earning High Marks in Spring 2020 Semester

SUNY Potsdam recently honored 1,409 students who excelled academically in the Spring 2020 semester by naming them to the President’s List and Dean’s List—an especially impressive achievement this term, given the many institutional and societal changes and the switch to distance learning due to the pandemic.
President Dr. Kristin G. Esterberg recognized 1,114 students for earning top marks last semester, as they were added to the President’s List. To achieve the honor of being on the President's List, each student must have satisfactorily completed 12 numerically-graded semester hours, with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. An additional 295 students were honored for making the Dean’s List in the spring semester. To make the Dean's List, each student must have satisfactorily completed 12 numerically-graded semester hours, with a grade point average of between 3.25 and 3.49 in the given semester.
