The Department of Computing and Technology Services is seeking a Technology Support Professional to offer Tier 1 technical support that assists administration, faculty, staff, and students with all manner of computing and peripheral support of college owned computers, including, but not limited to: hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, replacement of defective equipment, new software installation, new hardware installation, Android, iPhone, iPad support, desktop network connectivity and software installation. This position will provide this support in the evenings and weekends.
