The Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is accepting on-line applications for an experienced individual to serve as the Title IX Coordinator for the College.
The ideal individual will have strong collaborative and effective planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build trust across the entire campus. The candidate should be knowledgeable of all state and Federal laws related to Title IX. Bachelor’s degree with experience in investigation is required. Understanding of confidentiality; Excellent organizational and report writing skills are a must.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s in Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Human Resources or a related degree, with 3 years of progressive professional experience related to Title IX in a higher education setting. Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal Title IX laws, policies and regulations. Ability to build and establish trust among faculty, staff and students. Experience in recognizing and responding to trauma and effective counseling skills. Demonstrated experience in training and program development and extensive experience in Title IX investigations (all forms of sexual discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking, in a way that prevents its recurrence and effectively addresses its effects).
