The Research Foundation for SUNY, a private, not-for-profit corporation invites applications for a Project Staff Assistant in TRiO Student Support Services. Duties include extensive student interaction, administrative and clerical support including publishing, database maintenance, website updates, and assisting the Program Director with various US Department of Education requirements. An Associate’s degree in a related field or at least two years of administrative work experience is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, and will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Additional experience with Banner, Banner Document Management Systems, and in working in higher education federally funded programs, especially TRiO, is preferred.
