The Campus Life office hosts a variety of events throughout the academic year. This includes but is not limited to:
- Welcome Weekend: Move-in weekend is packed with fun activities and events to welcome new and returning students to campus! Examples of past events include: fireworks, karaoke, game nights, outdoor movie, DIY events, comedy shows, and open mics!
- Welcome Weekend Carnival: Move-in weekend concludes with our Welcome Weekend Carnival. Students have a chance to play games, enjoy some free food, meet different student clubs and organizations, win prizes, participate in free activities such as t-shirt tie-dying, indoor rock climbing, make your own stuffed animal, and much more!
- Winterfest: Departments and student clubs across campus help to kick off the Spring semester by hosting a wide variety of fun events! These events vary by year and can include Bear Pride Night/Student Organization Spirit Night, which is a chance to demonstrate your school spirit at one of the scheduled sports games, skiing/snowshoeing trips with Venture Outdoors, a variety of entertainers, the Canoe Swamp, a winter-themed Student Organization Fair, an A Cappella Showcase, and many more activities!
- Hurley's Night Club: Every Thursday night, live student performances are featured at Hurley's Night Club. This program is sponsored by Student Government Association, Campus Life, and CUB. Hurley's hosts a variety of other events sponsored by student clubs and organizations.
- Friday Night Events: Every Friday night students can participate in a variety of activities including DIY events, Bingo and Trivia.
