Start Strong with the EOP Summer Program

Your Path to Success Begins Here
If you have been admitted to SUNY Potsdam and have submitted your deposit, it's time to start preparing for the EOP Summer Program!

Our mandatory four-week pre-college summer program is designed for incoming first-year students to help them transition smoothly to college life. Before fully matriculating in the fall, students will enroll in two courses taught by Potsdam faculty and engage in team-building workshops and activities. By the end of the program, students must achieve a minimum 2.0 GPA to continue.

Students will live in residence halls, have access to PACES dining, and meet one-on-one with their assigned EOP counselor, who will continue supporting them throughout the academic year.

Accepted participants will be contacted by mid-June to confirm attendance. If you don't receive a confirmation by June 29, please reach out to the EOP office at: eop@potsdam.edu or (315) 267-2382.
