NCSTEP is open to students in grades 7-12 from the following school districts:
Canton Central School
Salmon River Central School
Massena Central School (including JW Leary)
Madrid-Waddington Central School
Parishville-Hopkinton Central School
St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES
In order to be admitted to NCSTEP, students must:
be a New York State Resident
be from an underrepresented background (Native American, Black/African American, Hispanic, or Native Alaskan) OR meet NYS income guidelines - View Financial Eligibility Chart (PDF)
