You MUST upload and submit your ID before you can upload and submit your photo.
Your Campus Card will be used for Bear Express for on and off campus purchases, Meal Plans (Flex and Guest Passes) in campus dining locations,
residential building access, the library and Maxcy Fitness Center.
A jpg/jpeg file format is required.
You will use your CCA, Campus Computer Account credentials to log into sunycard.potsdam.edu.
- If the username and password are auto populating, delete and type from scratch.
- Make sure that you are not using the @potsdam.edu. For example if your campus email is smithpa205@potsdam.edu, your username is smithpa205.
- Try a different browser.
You will receive an email indicating if the information was approved or denied. If denied, the reason for denial will be included in the email. Make sure you check your SPAM/Clutter in Outlook!
If your photo was approved and card has been printed, there will be a $5.00 fee charged for a replacement photo.
