The set your profile picture that is used across all Microsoft Office products, use the below steps:
- Access O365 https://office.microsoft.com and login with your CCA.
- Choose one of the on-line apps, we suggest Outlook.
- In the upper right of the page you will see your name and next to it your profile picture, or if you have not set one yet, your initials; click on it.
- In the small panel that opens, click on your old image or initials. This will open the box where you can upload a new image to be used for your profile. We suggest the image be either a jpg or png for best results.
Considerations:
It may take a little time for your image to "filter down" to all of the online and desktop apps once you set it. Please be patient and allow the process to work.
It is suggested that you keep your profile picture and Campus Directory picture the same for consistency. For the Campus Directory, please contact College Communications at directory@potsdam.edu.
