The Dependent Eligibility Verification Period for enrollees of New York State and Public Employer agencies ENDED on NOVEMBER 25, 2009.
If you have not yet submitted documents or you received a letter from Budco stating that your dependent(s) is ineligible, you must submit the required documents as soon as possible directly to the NYS Department of Civil Service (the administrator of the New York State Health Insurance Program) or your dependents will be removed from coverage retroactive to February 1, 2009.
