Dear members of the SUNY Potsdam Community, SUNY Potsdam’s Student Health Services has been notified that five of the College’s residential students have confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Retrieving Belongings
Dear Residents, We hope this email finds you well and adjusting to distance learning. These are very challenging times for all of us and there is a lot to get used to.
May 15: Please Do Not Come to Campus Until Approved
Dear Residential Students, We have appreciated your patience while you wait to retrieve your remaining belongings. Please understand that while some areas of New York State are reopening, many restrictions are still in place statewide and in St. Lawrence County. While we will soon be able to start allowing students to come to campus to retrieve belongings, we continue to require your cooperation.

All of us at SUNY Potsdam are thinking of you and wishing you well. We miss your vibrant presence, especially during what would normally be the busiest time of the academic year.
June 12: Credit / Refunds on Spring 2020 Semester Costs
Dear students, We want you to know that we are processing refunds to students for housing fees and meal plan fees if applicable, minus any housing scholarships or partial bed waivers. We sincerely appreciate your patience with this process, as it has taken time to review each student’s individual situation before proceeding.
