SUNY Potsdam Raises $5.2 Million from Dedicated Donors
Thanks to steadfast support from its donors, SUNY Potsdam raised more than $5.2 million in new gifts and pledges in the 2023-24 fiscal year. Alumni giving increased by 82 percent from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, showing SUNY Potsdam graduates’ strong commitment to their alma mater.

SUNY Potsdam Officially Opens College’s New Carson Commons
SUNY Potsdam officially opened the campus’s newest space with a ribboncutting ceremony for the new Carson Commons on Friday, Oct. 18. The completely renovated space in Carson Hall will now serve as a campus collaborative/co-working space, allowing students or campus groups to reserve one of the rooms easily online for discussions, group work, study sessions, meetings or presentations.

The Crane Opera Ensemble and Orchestra unveiled its full production of the Pellicciotti Prize-winning work in a series of performances and special events, Thursday, Oct. 31 to Sunday, Nov. 3.
