  The Women, Gender, & Leadership (WGL) program consists of two parts. The first component of the program is comprised of weekly workshops scheduled during the Fall semester that focus on different areas of leadership and career development, such as interviewing, networking, conflict resolution, assertive communication, building confidence, and much more.

Working with CSEA, for the remainder of 2021, one employee will be selected each month for a Potsdam’s Outstanding Bear Award.   Often times, our CSEA employees are the “quiet heroes” that contribute greatly to our campus community.  Individuals will be recognized for their contribution to cost savings, health and safety, pandemic support, retention, and student support.
