Women, Gender and Leadership

  The Women, Gender, & Leadership (WGL) program consists of two parts. The first component of the program is comprised of weekly workshops scheduled during the Fall semester that focus on different areas of leadership and career development, such as interviewing, networking, conflict resolution, assertive communication, building confidence, and much more.
