All SUNY Potsdam students are assigned a Campus Computer Account (CCA) once they have made their admissions deposit to the college or registered for a course.

All SUNY Potsdam students, faculty and staff are eligible for a Campus ­Card. AllSight (KeyServer) License Management CTS has installed a software product called AllSight, formally KeyServer, on both Windows and macOS platforms.

Alone on a dance floor where time has stopped, SUNY Potsdam students are drawing powerful lessons from a pandemic. While they’re grappling like the rest of us with a new and overwhelming poverty in their social spheres, students are also learning about the power and limitations of their own bodies, how to build themselves from the inside, and the importance of what we have all temporarily lost.

Although Potsdam encourages all students with disabilities who desire reasonable accommodations to seek services through the Office of Accommodative Services, faculty have an essential role to play in making courses accessible and creating a climate of equity and inclusion. While individual needs are difficult to anticipate, there are many things professors can do to create inclusive and accessible environments for a wide diversity of learners.

Although SUNY Potsdam is a six-hour drive from her home in Mamaroneck, N.Y., the decision to attend was an easy one for Maritza Angeles-Gonzalez ’19. After visiting campus as a junior in high school, she was sold. “It felt like home. It just felt right,” she said. As the first in her family to attend university, Angeles-Gonzalez was thrilled to be accepted into her first-choice college.  She is grateful to the staff in the first-year Bridges Program for their care and concern for her, seeing her potential and making sure that she succeeded at SUNY Potsdam.
