Information: Each semester that you are registered at SUNY Potsdam you are required to confirm your registration and accept financial responsibility for the charges that are assessed to your student account (tuition, fees, room, board, etc.). You must complete this confirmation regardless of whether you have already paid your college bill or have sufficient aid to cover your bill. The process takes only a few minutes to complete and assures you are aware of your rights and responsibilities in regard to your college costs. You need to complete the Check-In even if you will not physically be on the Potsdam, NY campus, due to student teaching, participating in an off-campus internship, studying abroad, taking an online or cross-registered course, registering for a Consortium Agreement, or attending at a remote site such as Watertown. You also need to Check-In if you are a faculty/staff member taking a course at the college.

Failure to complete will delay receipt of financial aid and could cause a hold to be placed on your account. Please review your financial responsibility and confirm your registration on BearPAWS.
