Policy Description One of the primary responsibilities of the EAP coordinator is to provide confidential assessment and referral services to clients. The purpose of an assessment is to gather accurate and relevant information about a client's situation so the coordinator can understand the client's problems and concerns and provide appropriate assistance.

Identification Card Policy

Policy StatementIt is the policy of the State University of New York (SUNY) to issue identification cards to students at its campuses. SUNY Potsdam requires all students to carry a valid SUNY Potsdam identification card to ensure the safety of students and the entire campus community. 

M/WBE - Minority & Women Owned Business Program

It is the policy of the State University of New York to take affirmative action to ensure that New York State certified minority and women owned business enterprises (m/WBEs) are given the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to provide the University with commodities and services at competitive prices. Bloodborne Pathogens

Policy SUNY Potsdam is committed to provide a safe and healthful work environment for our entire staff. In pursuit of this endeavor, the following Exposure Control Plan (ECP) is provided to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens in accordance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations 1910.1030.
