Regardless of the type of funds you are using, prior approval is required by CTS. This process will ensure that equipment is compatible with existing campus systems and can be supported by CTS.

Exam Scheduling Form
Procedure for Scheduling an ExamThe exam center is located in Sisson Hall 142 and is open from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Beginning in Spring 2025, students will log in to their Accommodate portal to schedule exams in the exam center! Note: The exam scheduling form is to be used only for students who will be completing their exams in Sisson Hall. For online courses/exams you will need to speak with your faculty member regarding any exam accommodations such as extended time.
