Transfer Information
We welcome transfer students from accredited undergraduate institutions, including community colleges. Your transfer credits will count towards meeting general undergraduate degree requirements and may satisfy computer science major requirements in either the Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree options.

The Bear CARE Program
What is the Bear CARE Program? The Bear CARE Program is SUNY Potsdam's Case Management program. CARE stands for Consultation, Advocacy, Referral, and Education. The Bear CARE Program offers confidential comprehensive support to students who need assistance with difficult or unexpected life events during their time in college.
Behavioral Evaluation Committee (BEC)
What is the Behavioral Evaluation Committee? The Behavioral Evaluation Committee (BEC) is a group of faculty and staff who meet to discuss and respond to students in apparent/potential distress and determine possibility of harm to self and/or others in campus community.
