Navigating the Pitfalls of Racial Equity Fatigue: Identifying, Understanding and Overcoming It to Make Progress Presentation
The work of racial equity is multigenerational, emotionally laborious, and intellectually draining. What do we do when we hit the wall of racial equity fatigue? Nichole Hylton-Patterson will be a presenting on Tuesday, Feb. 8 at noon in Kellas Hall Room 106. The presentation will examine the phenomena of racial equity fatigue: Definition, diagnosis, and how to overcome it so that we can make progress.

The Fitness Center (POC Ashley Keenan) is offering fitness classes that will be lead by Exercise Science majors to both students and community members starting March 14. Grand Re-Opening of Campus Food Pantry
Check out the new location of the Campus Food Pantry in the Barrington Student Union 119. From 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. you can pick up a free snack in the BSU lobby at the Healthy Food Grab & Go Station. Options include fresh fruit and vegetables as well as gluten, dairy, and nut-free granola bars. There will be a ribbon cutting at 12 p.m. along with cupcakes. Learn more about how a healthy diet can positively impact both physical as well as mental well-being.
